The excavation continues. Much remains to be done as we enter the third week, and still, we have come a long way. House 4 gradually reveals itself, what we expected to be a byre now appears to be a residential building, apparently with a large fireplace in the middle (the dark part in the picture below). Near the entrance, we found large parts of a ceramic vessel, and in several places in the house, human bones have started to appear. The coming days will include the removal of the profile (the grass string that we saved the middle of the house to document the sequence of layers) and further excavation of the interior of the house.
